Terms of Service

Welcome to Rushkick. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rushkick mobile and web applications and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Rushkick ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@rushkick.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including other league members;
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malware;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (team names, photos, league rules, match results, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must have the necessary rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. League organisers

If you create or administer a league, you are responsible for the rules, conduct, and any offline activities of that league. Rushkick is a tool to help you organise — we are not a party to your league and do not supervise matches or members.

6. Payments

The Service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these Terms and provide clear pricing before you are charged.

7. App store terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable store terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or for providing support; that responsibility lies with us.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rushkick will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
